EXECUTIVE SESSION
Motion made by Councilwoman Williamson to move into executive session, seconded by Council Vice President D’Amico and approved by a voice vote.
OPEN SESSION
At 7:08 p.m.

Motion made by Councilman Licciardi to close executive session under under Section 42-46-4 and 42-46-5(a)(1) of Rhode Island General Laws, the Town Council to convene into Executive Session/closed meeting for discussion/action regarding Town Clerk position, seconded by Council Vice President D’Amico and approved by a voice vote.
