The meeting was called to order by Town Council President at 6:30 p.m.

 

 

Roll Call taken by Deputy Town Clerk

 Councilman Licciardi

 Councilman Messier

 Councilwoman Williamson

 Council Vice President D’Amico

 Council President Gosselin

           

Members Absent: None

 

Quorum on Record declared by Deputy Town Clerk

 

Others Present: Town Solicitor, Tim Williamson

 

 

EXECUTIVE SESSION

 

 

1.      Under Section 42-46-4 and 42-46-5(a)(2) of Rhode Island General Laws, the Town Council to convene into Executive Session/closed meeting to discuss successor collective bargaining agreements with:

 

1.      The International Brotherhood of Police Officers Local 312;

2.      Local 1104, International Association of Firefighters, AFL-CIO; and

3.      R.I. Council 94, AFSCME, AFL-CIO West Warwick Town Employees Local 2045.

 

Motion made by Councilwoman Williamson to move into executive session, seconded     by Council Vice President D’Amico and approved by a voice vote.
