D. Ouellette expects the project to be completed by September 2022.  60-70% will be completed by the end of this year.  The rest will be completed next summer.

J. Licciardi asks if the major roads will be completed first.

D. Ouellette states that they will try to complete the major roads first.  They will have a schedule after their preconstruction meeting which is being held this Thursday.  He will put out code red calls and hold neighborhood meetings to inform residents about possible road closures.
