J. Messier recuses himself.
Chief Varone has not received any complaints about the car show at Boomerangs Roadhouse. He noted that the department did a drive by of the event and it was lightly attended.
S. Rapose did receive a complaint from an abutter who is a renter. The abutters notifications are mailed to the property owners who are tasked with informing their tenants. The Clerk’s office did add a clause to their abutter’s notices stating that it was the responsibility of the property owner to notify their tenants. S. Rapose also invited the tenant to attend the Town Council meeting. It does not appear that the tenant is in attendance.

01 May 2021 Monthly Finance Report 
K. Benoit reports that tax collection are at $65,729,837.29 which is 100.74%. Revenues are at 98.79% which is higher than expected. Expenditures are trending under budget at 90.25%. The Civic Center is projected to end the fiscal year in a surplus position. The general fund is also in a surplus position as of 5/31/2021. The bank balance as of 6/9/2021 is $12,189,254.72.

The Town Council may, if warranted, refer such matters to an appropriate committee, to another body or official, or post the matter for consideration at a properly-noticed, future meeting.
M. Williamson states that the high school graduation was spectacular. The School Department outdid themselves.
D. Gosselin agrees.
D. Gosselin commends D. Ouellette and the DPW. The playground looks great.
D. Ouellette states that the playground will be ready this weekend. It will be another week before the parking lot is done.
J. Licciardi states that the Historical Society is supposed to give a monthly report. They will be reporting in July.
