01 Approval of the minutes from the May 11, 2021 Regular Town Council Meeting 
MOTION made by M. Williamson, second by J. Messier for approval of the minutes from the May 11, 2021 Regular Town Council Meeting.

01 Request from Boomerangs Roadhouse for Car Show License for events to be held at 293 Providence Street
J. Messier recuses himself.
Pat Kane was in attendance on behalf of Boomerangs Roadhouse. He explains that the classic cars will line the perimeter of the property, with public parking in the center of the plaza.
D. Gosselin is concerned with people parking on the street.
Pat Kane does not anticipate any street parking. He does not expect the event to exceed the parking lot.
Discussion ensued relative to the time of event. It was determined that it would be held from 3:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M.
T. Williamson suggests a short-term license so the Council can review the event in a few weeks. He suggests having the Building Official, Police Department, and Fire Department review the plans of the event.
MOTION made by M. Williamson, second by J. Licciardi for approval of Car Show License for events to be held at 293 Providence Street expiring June 27, 2021; subject to Police, Fire, and Building approval and Council review on June 15th.

MOTION made by M. Williamson, second by J. Messier for approval of the FY2022 Budget for the Regional Wastewater Treatment Facility in the amount of $9,471,674.

J. Licciardi does not agree with the admin fees.
