The meeting was called to order at 9:45 A.M. by President Gosselin.

 

Roll Call:

Present:  J. Messier, J. Licciardi, M. Bourget, M. Williamson, and D. Gosselin.

Also present:  Town Solicitor T. Williamson, Town Manager M. Knott, and Town Clerk S.Rapose

 

Quorum on Record Declared by Town Clerk

 

 

EXECUTIVE SESSION

 

Under Section 42-46-4 and 42-46-5(a)(2) of Rhode Island General Laws, the Town Council to convene into Executive Session/closed meeting to discuss West Warwick Litigation Cases.

 

1.      Calci v Town of West Warwick, CA No. KC 2016-0776

 

MOTION made by J. Licciardi, second by J. Messier to move to executive session pursuant to RI General Law 42-46-5 (a)(2) – Litigation.
