01 Consideration of flooding complaints at 71 Wakefield Street 
M. Knott states that an engineer may need to evaluate the issue. He will visit the site at the next rainstorm to re-assess.
P. Ianitelli, of 72 Wakefield Street, has concerns with a sewage leak in front of her home.
M. Knott believes that the sewage issue belongs to a private property owner. They are meeting regarding this issue tomorrow.

A. Palazzo, of 5 Robin Lane shares several concerns. He states that there is an odor coming from the sewer plant. He has informed J. Licciardi and the Town Manager. He has concerns with the road projects. He asks for an update regarding the tax assessment of 1600 Division Road.
M. Knott answers that here has been no activity at 1600 Division Road. He is working with the Tax Assessor.
A. Palazzo shares concerns about the Council meeting in executive session to discuss T. Williamson’s job performance. He asks who requested this be placed on the agenda.
M. Bourget answers that he asked for this to be placed on the agenda as T. Williamson requested at the prior meeting.
Discussion ensues about the Town Council procedure for meeting in Executive Session.
D. Read, of 1 Nunes Lane, shares concerns about the Executive Session on the agenda regarding Solicitor T. Williamson.
M. Bourget states that he no longer is willing to go into executive session to discuss T. Williamson.
Council determines it will no longer go into executive session for the purpose of discussing the job performance of T. Williamson.
