01 First reading of Ordinance 2022-1 Amending Article I. – General Provisions, Section Three, Definitions, Section 5. – Use Regulations, 5.3 Table of Use Regulations, and 5.9.10.7 Off Street Parking Space Requirements 
Motion made by Council Vice President Williamson, second by Councilman Bourget and approved by a voice vote.
02 First reading of Ordinance 2022-2 Amending Chapter 10 Licenses and Business Regulations, Article III – Hawkers and Peddlers and Mobile Food Establishments and Section 10-54 Mobile Food Establishments

01 Consideration of Revocation of Expired Liquor Licenses
Motion made by Council Vice President Williamson to revoke Borowski’s Café Inc. Liquor License for the reason of pending Division of Taxation and Liquor liability Insurance, seconded by Councilman Bourget and approved by a voice vote.
01 Request from Phantom Fireworks for renewal of Retail Holiday Sales and Hawkers/Peddlers License
Motion made by Council Vice President Williamson, second by Councilman Bourget and approved by a voice vote.
01 Request from Thomas Oates for appointment to the Juvenile Hearing Board for term ending December 2025
Motion made by Council Vice President Williamson to move the name of Thomas Oates, seconded by Councilman Bourget and approved by a voice vote.
02 Request from Sherri-Ann Fournier for appointment to the Pension Board for term ending November 18, 2024
Motion made by Council Vice President Williamson to move the name of Sherri-Ann Fournier, seconded by Councilman Bourget and approved by a voice vote.
03 Request from Mark Knott for appointment to the Pension Board for term ending November 18, 2024
