M. Knott explains that this will upgrade the Town website. It will make it more mobile phone friendly. If approved, he anticipates they will start the upgrade next week.

J. Public Forum
A. Palazzo, of 5 Robin Lane, shares his concerns about the elderly tax exemption.
M. Bourget asks that K. Benoit work with S. Saccoccio on a cost analysis for the tax exemption by the second meeting in February.
A. Palazzo also asks about Riverpoint Park remediation and the Town Solicitor.
M. Bourget is still working on the binders. He is not ready to move forward yet.
A. Palazzo is concerned with the way the Executive Session is posted.
A. DiFiore states that M. Carruolo is the best Town Planner in the State. When he left West Warwick he left detailed notes on all outstanding projects. A. DiFiore is working with a temporary Planner until the Town can fill the position.
K. Executive Session – Council may vote to move to Executive Session pursuant to R.I. General Law 42-46-5 (a)(2)– Potential Litigation
