Attorney Vincent Indeglia was in attendance on behalf of the applicant, Kevin Wilbur.  Mr. Wilbur is asking for a tax stabilization plan for a potential condo project. 

 

Discussion ensues relative to the stabilization assessment of $90,000. 

 

Stan Tabak, 12 Gendron Street, states that this ordinance has the support of the Artic Redevelopment Agency.

01  Resolution approving the Sewer Budget Video

 

MOTION made by M. Williamson, second by J. Messier to move the resolution approving the Sewer Budget.

 

M. Bourget has concerns with the budget.  The budget has gone down, but they are still asking for a rate increase.

 

A. Corrente explains that the prior budgets have used their fund balance to balance their budgets.  This budget would not use any fund balance. 

 

J. Licciardi does not agree with this budget.  He notes the overtime and admin fees.
