Colleen Begoin and Andrew Krowland, business owners at 328 Cowesett Ave, share concerns with this ordinance amendment.  They rely on the on street parking for their staff and their customers.  The parking lot for their business is not big enough and fills quickly.  The parking ban would pose an issue for them.  Especially after plowable snow.

J. Caldwell explains that he received three bids, all close in price.  He suggests awarding the lowest bidder, Tom Irwin, Inc. in the amount of $19,648.
