01  Consideration of joining Learn365RI Compact

M. Williamson stated this is a program to fund the YMCA to go into effect next summer and the library will supply books to the students who attend. M. Williamson stated that the superintendent stated this is a great program for the kids and there is a $50, 000 in grant money.

MOTION was made by M. Williamson, seconded by M. Bourget to join Learn365RI .           Approved by Voice Vote

02  Awarding of LED Lighting Installation to RISE Engineering

MOTION made by M. Williamson, seconded by M. Bourget for approval of resolution authorizing payment for installation of led lighting at Recreation Facility on map/lot 008-0165-0- 000 from town’s open space fee fund in the amount $27,459.00 for the installation of the led lighting systems by Rise Engineering in conjunction with RI Energy (incentive program).

Approved by a voice vote.
