Discussion ensues relative to the increase in the Senior Tax Exemption and how to fund it. Council would like to keep the tax increase under 2%. A 1.99% increase would allow $76,000 budget for an increased tax exemption.

Tax Assessor revaluation: Increase $24,000 for a total of $184,000
Tax Assessor revaluation revenue: Increase by $19,200 to a total of $147,200
Consulting in General Government Budget: Increase from $25,000 to a total of $60,000
Total changes net increase of: $39,800
