M. Knott informs the body that the Committee is absorbing the stage one findings. The architect is putting together the preliminary options. They will be holding a public hearing on September 18th.

D. Gosselin reads a letter from Pete Cottrell commending the Police and Fire Department for their response to a personal incident.
J. Read, of 62 Andrews Avenue, is willing to assist with the landscaping project at the Civic Center free of charge. He shares concerns with stones that were removed from the memorial at the Civic Center.
J. Simas, of Larkin Street, shares concerns with the homeless people at the gazebo.
S. Tabek shares the same concerns at the gazebo. He states that it was better until a couple of months ago. He would like to see more police presence.
