J. Caldwell, DPW Director, is happy to work with the Recreation Committee.  He explains that in the past there were issues with board members attending meetings and site visits.  He suggests the Recreation Committee could organize community events.

M. Knott states that the Committee met on February 28th.  They approved an RFQ for Architectural and Engineering services.  The Committee is waiting for feedback from RIDE on the needs assessment.  He is trying to arrange a joint meeting with the School Committee and Town Council.  The Superintendent will contact him with possible dates.
