05     School Building Committee Update

 

Manager Knott stated that the Stage II application was submitted to RIDE on February 14^th.  The committee is waiting on feedback from RIDE.

 

06     Update on Public Land Cleanup Efforts

 

Manager Knott states that ten of the twelve encampments have been significantly cleaned up.  The remaining two encampments will be cleaned up as weather conditions improve.   

 

07     Update on the Status of the Recreation Committee

 

M. Knott states that there are currently four vacancies on this committee.  Councilman Licciardi is the liaison for the Town Council, but the liaison for the School Committee is currently vacant. 

 

Discussion ensues relatives to the function and need of the committee. 

 

 

08     Resolution to reject any interest in the Kent County Water Authority property identified as 1072 Main Street

 

MOTION made by M. Williamson, seconded by J. Messier for approval of resolution to reject any interest in the Kent County Water Authority property identified as 1072 Main Street.

01     Sewer Use Board of Review – Appointment to fill a vacancy as an alternate member for three-year term
