01     Resolution Urging Support of Legislation Providing a Procedure for the Enforcement of Liens Imposed Pursuant to the Provisions of RIGL 45-6-2 and Provisions of Municipal Ordinances

Dennison for approval of Resolution Urging Support of Legislation Providing a Procedure for the Enforcement of Liens Imposed Pursuant to the Provisions of RIGL 45-6-2 and Provisions of Municipal Ordinances; as amended updating the Executive Director of the League of Cities and Towns to Randy Rossi.                        All Ayes

 

02     Resolution Amending Appendix B – Fees and Charges of the Town of West Warwick

 

MOTION made by M. Williamson, seconded by M. Dennison for approval of Resolution Amending Appendix B – Fees and Charges of the Town of West Warwick increasing the price of Recycling Bins to $150 Per Year.              All Ayes

 

03     Resolution Approving the Purchase of Tasers and Related Equipment for the Police Department

 

MOTION made by M. Williamson, seconded by M. Dennison for approval of Resolution Approving the Purchase of Tasers and Related Equipment for the Police Department.                All Ayes

 

04     Resolution Approving the Purchase of Police Cars in the amount of $175,449.27 as Part of the Capital Improvement Program

05     School Building Committee Update

 

M. Knott updates the body.  The Committee is meeting on January 8^th at 4pm.  They will be reviewing Stage II proposals and narrowing down the options.  The next public engagement meeting is on January 22^nd at 6pm.
