Several residents express concerns with the lack of parking in that area. Most guests at the Manor utilize street parking due to a shortage in parking spaces.

Council received several objections from liquor distributors due to outstanding debts by the current owner. Council determined that they would consider this application once the vendors released their objections.

Megan Valentine of 15 Sycamore Drive has concerns with the condition of Riverpoint Soccer Fields. The fields are uneven, and glass comes to the surface of the field after rain due to it previously being a landfill.
Manager Knott explains that the cost to improve the field could be in the millions due to DEM requirements. He suggests working with the school department to see if the fields behind the middle school could be used.
D. Gosselin suggests that the Soccer board sit down with the Town Manager and DPW Director.

Manager Knott states that the School Building Committee will be submitting their answers to RIDE for the Stage II submission on July 23rd. The School Building Committee is looking to engage LeftField and Tecton for state III and stage IV for the Payan Street project.

Manager Knott explained that the US Department of Agriculture was working on a draft MOU to layout responsibility and timeframe. They are now saying an MOU is not needed, only a cooperative agreement. The Town Manager and Solicitor will work with the USDA on a cooperative agreement.

Tom Oates, of 6 Colonial Way, shares concerns about the Greenwich Glen condo project.
M. Dennison explains that the East Greenwich Planning Board has a hearing on the Greenwich Glen condo project tomorrow.
Ron Couture, of 6 Ottowa Street, shares concerns with the DPW brush cutting assignments. He feels there is nepotism in the department.
