Town Manager Knott states that the next school building committee meeting will be held on December 3^rd. They expect to have approval of the Stage II submission and an advance of the Stage III within the next couple of weeks. They are meeting with RIDE next week regarding funding for the Payan Street project.

Council President Gosselin stated the Phenix Square annual Tree Lighting will be on Thanksgiving night at 6:00 pm. Santa arrives at 7pm. The Arctic Gazebo annual Christmas Tree Lighting will be held Monday, December 1, from 4:30 pm – 8 pm. Santa arrives at 6:15 pm. Santa’s Tour will be December 14, 2025.
