MOTION made by M. Williamson, seconded by J. Messier for approval of Resolution Awarding the Bid (2026-06) for Commissioning Agent Services for Maisie Quinn School Building Project to Salas O’Brien/BVH Integrated Services Inc. in the amount of $83,380.00.   All Ayes

 

03     Resolution Awarding the Bid (2026-06) for Commissioning Agent Services for High School Building Project

 

MOTION made by M. Williamson, seconded by J. Messier for approval of Resolution Awarding the Bid (2026-06) for Commissioning Agent Services for High School Building Project to Sustainable Engineering Solutions, LLC in the amount of $22,525.00.                All Ayes

 

04     Resignation of Joseph DiMartino from the West Warwick School Committee

 

MOTION made by M. Williamson, seconded by J. Messier to accept the resignation of Joseph DiMartino from the West Warwick School Committee, with regret.    All Ayes

 

05     Discussion/Action – Consideration of Advertisement for Appointment to Fill School Committee Vacancy

 

Council asks the Town Manager and Town Clerk to advertise the vacancy.  Interested candidates should submit a letter of interest, resume, and background check to the Town Clerk’s office no later than March 27th.  Candidates must me a registered Democrat living in Ward One.  Appointment will be made at the April 7th Town Council meeting.
