(2)            Discussion and analysis of benefit calculation for Steven Harter

(3)            Discussion and analysis Steven Harter IME’s          

(4)            Discussion and analysis on Steven Harter’s Occupational       

Disability pension

(5)             Discussion and analysis on email from Nyhart for Steven Harter pension calculation questions

(6)            Discussion and analysis on email from Nyhart on Darren Burley’s pension calculation on when Mr. Burley starts collecting his pension a deferred at age 62 or an early at age 50 with a reduced benefit.

(7)            Discussion and analysis on email on Disabled Police Officer Michael Nye’s (raises) cola that he has not received any since 2015 is he due one
