b. Town's Request to WW Pension Board to hold Employee Joshua Pauley's request for return of contributions in abeyance until the completion of the criminal trial currently pending in the Third Division District Court and any potential appeals to the Superior Court.

Town’s objection to any distribution of a return of contributions to Joshua Pauley by the Pension Board and notice to the Pension Board of their intent to seek a Preliminary Injunction/ Temporary Restraining Order preventing and prohibiting the WW Pension Board from acting on Employee Joshua Pauley's request for return of contributions.
