I.          DISCUSSION/ACTION/VOTE ON MORTALITY TABLE ADJUSTMENTS AND ASSUMPTION RATE.  RECONSIDERATION OF VOTE ON NOVEMBER 23, 2020 OF ADOPTION OF NEW MORTALITY TABLE RATES

Motion made to rescind the vote from November 23, 2020 to change the mortality rates prior to vote by Mr./ Atchison and seconded by Ms. Lombardi.  All in favor

S.         PUBLIC COMMENT

Mr. O’Connell questioned about the 6 or 7 individuals has the board reported to the Town Council and the state on the issue and will it be rectified.

Mr. Heroux stated the issue is not with the board it is with the Town

Ms. Schmitz- commented not an agenda item.
