In accordance with RIGL §42-46-4, §42-46-5 (a)(1) and §42-46-5 (a)(2) the Pension Board will convene into Executive Session to discuss Personnel Issues and Litigation.
a. RIGL §42-46-5 (a)(2) Collective Bargaining or Litigation
(1) Discussion and analysis on Darren Burley’s Pension Calculation regarding when Mr. Burley can collect his pension (1) Deferred at age 62 or an early or (2) early at age 50 with a reduced benefit.
(2) Discussion and analysis on Disabled Police Officers Michael Nye’s (raises) cola if due one
(3) Discussion and analysis on Steven Harter’s Occupational Disability Pension Calculation and determination of basis for annual salary for benefit calculation
(4) Discussion and analysis on Carol Messier’s monthly pension amount
(Make motion to close executive session and seal the minutes)
