            (Make motion enter into executive session) 

 

            In accordance with RIGL §42-46-4, §42-46-5 (a)(1) and §42-46-5 (a)(2) the Pension Board will convene into Executive Session to discuss Personnel Issues and Litigation.

 

            a.    RIGL §42-46-5 (a)(2) Collective Bargaining or Litigation

 

(1)            DISCUSSION AND ANALYSIS ON AN UPDATE ON OUTSTANDING LEGAL FILES

   

(Make motion to close executive session and seal the minutes)

            Motion made to close executive session and seal minutes by Mr. Satchell and seconded by Ms. Lombardi.  All in favor
