            In accordance with RIGL §42-46-4, §42-46-5 (a)(1) and §42-46-5 (a)(2) the Pension Board will convene into Executive Session to discuss Personnel Issues and Litigation.

 

a.    RIGL §42-46-5 (a)(2) Collective Bargaining or Litigation

 

(1)            DISCUSSION AND ANALYSIS ON RETIRED FIRE CHIEF JOSEPH BARIS COLA

   

(2)            DISCUSSION AND ANALYSIS ON DARREN BURLEY PENSION CALCULATION REGARDING WHEN MR. BURLEY CAN COLLECT HIS PENSION A DEFERRED AT AGE 62 OR AN EARLY AT AGE 50 WITH REDUCED BENEFIT

           

(3)            DISCUSSION AND ANALYSIS ON CAROL MESSIER’S MONTLY PENSION AMOUNT  

 

(4)            DISCUSSION AND ANALYSIS ON ACCEPTANCE OF ORDINANCE 2021-9 (AN ORDINANCE TO APPOINT MARK A. KNOTT AS TOWN MANAGER AND DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SAFETY OF THE TOWN OF WEST WARWICK, RI) AND NYHART’S ACTUARIAL ANALYSIS REGARDING PREPAYMENT OF PENSION CONTRIBUTIONS FOR TOWN MANAGER/DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SAFETY
