            In accordance with RIGL §42-46-4, §42-46-5 (a)(1) and §42-46-5 (a)(2) the Pension Board will convene into Executive Session to discuss Personnel Issues and Litigation.

 

            a.    RIGL §42-46-5 (a)(2) Collective Bargaining or Litigation    

    

 

 

(1)            Discussion and analysis on benefit calculation for Mark Longo for service credit time between two different unions

 

(2)            Discussion and analysis on return of contributions for Joshua Pauley

 

(Make motion to close executive session and seal the minutes)
