            Motion made to approve by Ms. Ferri and seconded by Mr. Knott.  All in favor

           

F.         DISCUSSION/UPDATE ON CALCULATING DEATH BENEFIT FOR MATTHEW BELTRAMI’S SURVIVOR BENEFIT AND DETERMINATION ON BENEFICIARIES

           

Chairman Heroux explained the state will be handling after speaking with Frank Kapinski.

                       

 

G.        DISCUSSION/UPDATE ON DOUGLAS BROULLIARD’S PENSION APPLICATION APPROVAL

Chairman Heroux explained the state will be handling after speaking with Frank Kapinski.

 

           

I.          DISCUSSION/UPDATE ON APPROVAL OF PENSION CALCULATIONS FOR RICHARD GOUGH

 

Chairman Heroux explained the Mr. Gough has not yet approved his pension.  He will have to contact the state for further information.

 

J.         DISCUSSION/UPDATE ON ATTORNEY CARLY IAFRATE’S INFORMATIOM ABOUT COST OF LIVING ADJUSTMENT(COLA) LAW SUIT INFORMATION

 

 

Attorney Schmitz explained she has been in contact with Attorney Williamson to find more information on what is needed.
