 2.    POSSIBLE EXECUTIVE SESSION

 

Motion by Mr. McCuin, Seconded by Ms. Cioffi, to go into executive session for discussion and/or action regarding those items of business exempt from open meetings under Rhode Island General Laws §42-46-4 and§42-46-5(a)(2) Collective Bargaining – Local 808 Contract; §42-46-5(a)(5) Land Disposition – 116 Canal St; §42-46-5(a)(5) Land Disposition – Noyes Ave Well Site (Pawcatuck, CT); and §42-46-5(a)(2) Potential Litigation.  (Voted Unanimously by poll vote)

 

5:35 P.M.  EXECUTIVE SESSION

 

     The purpose of this Executive Session was to discuss Collective Bargaining, Land Disposition and Potential Litigation.

Executive Session Report

 

     Council President Duhamel announced that the Council discussed, under Collective Bargaining, the Local 808 Contract, under Land Disposition, 116 Canal Street and the Noyes Avenue Well Site in Pawcatuck, Connecticut and Potential Litigation and that no consensus or votes were taken.

 

Motion by Mr. McCuin, Seconded by Ms. Cioffi, that the Executive Session minutes be sealed.  (Voted Unanimously)

 

 

 3.    ADJOURNMENT

 

        6:07 P.M.  Voted Unanimously to adjourn.
