2. POSSIBLE EXECUTIVE SESSION
Motion by Mr. Cooke, Seconded by Mr. McCuin, to go into executive session for discussion and/or action regarding those items of business exempt from open meetings under Rhode Island General Laws §42-46-4 and§42-46-5(a)(5)Land Disposition – Tower Street School; §42-46-5(a)(5) Land Disposition – 12 Ledward Avenue (AP 67, Lot 262). (Voted Unanimously by poll vote)
Council President Duhamel stated that the Town Solicitor has indicated that the possible Executive Session under §42-46-5(a)(5) Land Disposition - 11 Rockridge Road was improperly noticed; therefore, the Council will not discuss this matter.

The purpose of this Executive Session was to discuss Land Disposition.

Executive Session Report
Council President Duhamel announced that the Council, under Land Disposition, discussed the Tower Street School and 12 Ledward Avenue properties and that both matters were moved forward without a formal vote, only a direction to the Town Manager. He stated that the Land Disposition for 11 Rockridge Road was improperly posted; therefore, this matter was not discussed.
