 4.    Rules Of Procedure To Govern 2020-2022 Town Council – Possible Amendment To Rule 8(b) Appointments – Discussion and Possible Action

 

 

 5.    POSSIBLE EXECUTIVE SESSION

 

The Council may vote to go into executive session for discussion and/or action regarding those items of business exempt from open meetings under Rhode Island General Laws §42-46-4 and:

 

a)    §42-46-5(a)(5) Land Disposition – Tower Street School

b)    §42-46-5(a)(5) Lease of Real Property – 41 Margin Street

c)    §42-46-5(a)(5) Land Disposition – Terrapat Drive (AP 36, Lots 210, 21-217, 223-225)
