Motion by Mr. Nigrelli,Seconded by Mr. Gencarella,to open the Public Hearing. (Voted Unanimously)

 

        Liquor License Class B Victualer – Stockholder transfer

        Alley Katz Inc.

            dba: Alley Katz Inc./ Cleats Sports Club                                         116 Granite St

 

        Present:  David Foss, owner

 

             Mr. Foss explained that this is a stockholder transfer and that his family will continue to operate the business as before.  He stated that he and his brother will be the majority stockholders.

 

Motion by Mr. Nigrelli, Seconded by Ms. Thoman, that the aforesaid license be granted subject to the prior approval of proper authorities. (Voted Unanimously)

 

Motion by Ms. Thoman, Seconded by Ms. Belanger,to close the Public Hearing. (Voted Unanimously)
