a. William A. Nardone, Esq., representing Gene Arganese, questioned the continuation of action on his licenses.
Town Solicitor Conley requested a continuance of the renewal of the following licenses of Mr. Arganese to a date certain in order to research and gather information. He stated that he spoke to Attorney Nardone who informed him that his client is amenable to a one-month continuance.

4. PUBLIC HEARINGS (Liquor Licenses & Others)
Motion by
Town Solicitor Conley suggested that, since there is no one from the public in attendance either in person or remotely, the renewals under this public hearing can be batched first by the items on which a licensing board member must recuse and then by the remaining items that the licensing board can vote on as a whole.
Ms. Thoman-Miller stated that, due to a possible conflict of interest, being that she is an employee, she will be recusing on the following license renewals:
