            Regular Meeting – January 14, 2021

 

Motion by Ms. Robinson, Seconded by Ms. Belanger, that the aforesaid minutes be accepted and approved as printed.  (Voted Unanimously)

Comments shall be limited to agenda items, excluding matters to be scheduled for public hearing.

4.     PUBLIC HEARINGS (Liquor Licenses & Others)

 

Motion by Ms. Robinson, Seconded by Ms. Belanger, to open the Public Hearing.  (Voted Unanimously)

 

             Mr. Cardiff recused due to a possible conflict of interest being that he is an abutting property owner and Mr. Gencarellal assumed the chair.

             Mr. Scola explained the operation of the business stating that he hopes to open     sometime this spring.

 

        No one appeared in favor or to object.

 

Motion by Ms. Thoman, Seconded by Ms. Belanger, that the aforesaid license transfer be granted subject to the prior approval of proper authorities.  (So Voted 4 to 0; Cardiiff recused)

 

            Mr. Cardiff resumed the chair.

Motion by Mr. Gencarella, Seconded by Ms. Thoman, that the aforesaid licenses be granted subject to the prior approval of proper authorities.  (Voted Unanimously)

 

Motion by Ms. Robinson, Seconded by Ms. Belanger, to close the Public Hearing.  (Voted Unanimously)
