Mr. Northup explained the dates and routes of the horse drawn carriage rides, noting that reservations are accepted; otherwise, rides are open to the public. He stated that rides are based on an hourly rate. He further stated that the operation has the availability of having carriages at both locations at the same time; that the carriages can hold either two or four participants; and that the hours of operation are from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
