 7.    COMMUNICATIONS

 

a.      Correspondence

 

a.     From Westerly Police Department regarding recently conducted inspections for Tobacco Sale Compliance

 

     Ms. Belanger requested that the Licensing Board be provided with a memorandum from Chief of Police Lacey stating whether the Police Department conducts a follow up inspection of the noncompliance businesses to ensure that they are now following the required regulations.

 

Motion by Ms. Robinson, Seconded by Ms. Belanger, that the aforesaid correspondence be accepted and placed on file.  (Voted Unanimously)
