Motion by Mr. Iacoi, Seconded by Ms. Thoman-Miller, that the aforesaid minutes be accepted and approved as printed.  (Voted Unanimously)

Motion by Ms. Vorenkamp, Seconded by Ms. Thoman-Miller, that the aforesaid license be granted subject to the prior approval of proper authorities.  (Voted Unanimously)

Motion by Ms. Thoman-Miller, Seconded by Ms. Vorenkamp, that the aforesaid license be granted subject to the prior approval of proper authorities.  (Voted Unanimously)

Motion by Mr. Iacoi , Seconded by  Ms. Thoman-Miller, that the Public Hearing be opened.  (Voted Unanimously)

               To:  Beyond the Breachway, LLC

                       dba: Vintage Cigar Lounge & Club                             same location

 

Present:   William J. Nardone, Esq., representing the transferor, Greg Williams

 

               Letter of Objection from MS Walker of RI for Indebtedness - $225.60

 

Letter of Objection from McLaughlin and Moran, Inc. for Indebtedness - $1,116.00

 

     Attorney Nardone requested that the public hearing be continued to next month’s meeting, stating that there are some issues that need to be worked out with the transferee.  He stated that the several objections filed by suppliers which will be paid prior to the transfer.

 

Motion by Ms. Thoman-Miller, Seconded by Ms. Vorenkamp, that the public hearing be continued to January 12, 2023.  (Voted Unanimously)
