Motion by Mr. Nigrelli, Seconded by Ms. Belanger, that the aforesaid minutes be accepted   and approved as printed.  (Voted Unanimously)

4.     PUBLIC HEARINGS (Liquor Licenses & Others) Video

 

Motion by Mr. Gencarella, Seconded by Ms. Belanger, to open the Public Hearing.  (Voted Unanimously)

Present:  William A. Nardone, Esq., representing applicant

                Aaron Laipply, owner

 

        Attorney Nardone explained the location of the business, its floor plan, and its operation with the hours of operation.  He noted the experience of the owners in the food industry, as well as other restaurants that they operate.

 

        Mr. Laipply stated that the restaurant will be serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, with pastries, sandwiches and small plates.  He noted the seating areas and the liquor storage area.

 

Motion by Mr. Gencarella, Seconded by Ms. Belanger, that the aforesaid license be granted subject to the prior approval of proper authorities.  (Voted Unanimously)

 

Motion by Ms. Robinson, Seconded by Ms. Belanger, to open the Public Hearing.  (Voted Unanimously)

                    Mr. Ameen explained the type of entertainment that will be provided, the layout of the restaurant and the seating.

 

Motion by Mr. Gencarella, Seconded by Ms. Robinson, that the aforesaid license be granted subject to the prior approval of proper authorities.  (Voted Unanimously)

      Mr. Kruiningen explained the type of entertainment that will be provided.
