Attorney Nardone stated that Stick and Fin, located at 163 Main Street, has been in operation for one year. He explained that, because State Law prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages within 200 feet of a place of worship, the establishment, whose property is located within 200 feet of the lower section of the St. Pius Church parking lot, sought and was granted an exception from these provisions by the General Assembly on May 4, 2022. He stated that the applicant then filed an application for a Class B-Victualer Beverage License and the hearing was advertised for today. He explained that the establishment has a 30-seat capacity with some outdoor seasonal seating at the rear of the building; that a menu has been submitted; that the current hours of operation are 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. seven days a week but will be extended to 11:00 p.m. upon issuance of license; and that a letter of support was provided by Fr. Mike Najim from St. Pius Church.
