Motion by Ms. Thoman-Miller, Seconded by Mr. Iacoi, that the aforesaid minutes be accepted and approved as printed.  (Voted Unanimously)

Comments shall be limited to agenda items, excluding matters to be scheduled for public hearing.

4.     PUBLIC HEARINGS

 

Motion by Mr. Iacoi, Seconded by Ms. Thoman-Miller, that the Public Hearing be opened.  (Voted Unanimously)

Present:   Bouakhay Amkhamavong, owner of Nam Khong

 

     Ms. Amkhamavong stated that new owners are taking over the business, but the business trade name will remain the same and that no changes are currently planned for the operation of the business. 

 

Motion by Ms. Thoman-Miller, Seconded by Ms. Vorenkamp, that the aforesaid license be granted subject to the prior approval of proper authorities.  (Voted Unanimously)

 

        b.     LIQUOR LICENSES (RENEWAL)

             

               Class B-Victualer Beverage License  

               Dragon Palace of Westerly, LLC

                       dba: Dragon Palace                                                    162 Granite St

 

Motion by Ms. Thoman-Miller, Seconded by Mr. Iacoi, that the aforesaid license be granted subject to the prior approval of proper authorities.  (Voted Unanimously)

 

Motion by Ms. Thoman-Miller, Seconded by Mr. Iacoi, that the Public Hearing be closed.  (Voted Unanimously)
