Present: Samuel J. Agnello, Jr., Applicant
Mr. Agnello explained that the establishment will focus on outdoor entertainment with acoustic music conducted on the lawn or patio area. He stated that he is only applying for an inside entertainment license because an outdoor entertainment license can be issued only to a premise which is licensed for indoor entertainment. He stated that the establishment will be respectful to neighboring businesses.
Motion by Ms. Thoman-Miller, Seconded by Ms. Vorenkamp, that the aforesaid license be granted subject to the prior approval of proper authorities. (Voted Unanimously)
Motion by Ms. Vorenkamp, Seconded by Ms. Thoman-Miller, that the agenda be amended to move to Item #5 at this time. (Voted Unanimously)
