Present:   William Nardone, Esq., representing Wander LLC, the Transferor

                 Peter Lewiss, Esq., representing Chillingham’s Steak, LLC, the Transferee

 

     Attorney Lewiss stated that the transfer is to a new entity.  He explained that the applicant has a five-year lease with the landlord and that seven parking spaces are included in the lease with additional parking available in the downtown area.  He submitted a draft menu.  He stated that the restaurant, which occupies two floors, has approximately 100 seats and that no entertainment is planned.  He stated that the new owners are planning to open in October. 

 

Motion by Ms. Thoman-Miller , Seconded by Mr. Iacoi, that the aforesaid license be granted subject to the prior approval of proper authorities.  (Voted Unanimously)
