a.    October 10, 2024 Licensing Board Meeting – Request by Town Clerk to reschedule to October 17, 2024 – Discussion and Possible Action

 

Motion by Ms. Vorenkamp , Seconded by Mr. Iacoi, that the October 10, 2024 Licensing Board Meeting be rescheduled to October 17, 2024.  (Voted Unanimously)

 

b.    Conditions of Beverage Licenses Rules & Regulations – Discussion and Possible Action

 

     Town Clerk LeBlanc addressed Rule #6 regarding the advertising of applications that require a public hearing.  She explained that she was authorized by the Licensing Board to advertise applications that require a public hearing.  She requested that the following language be stricken: “…but do not meet the agenda deadline to be ordered advertised by the Licensing Board”. 

Motion by Ms. Vorenkamp , Seconded by Mr. Iacoi, that the aforesaid Conditions of Beverage Licenses Rules & Regulations be adopted, as amended.  (Voted Unanimously)

 

c.     Rules of Procedure to Govern Licensing Board For 2024-2025 – Discussion and Possible Action

 

Town Clerk LeBlanc addressed Rule #20 regarding the Licensing Board setting dates of all public hearings on all applications.  She requested that the following language be stricken:  “The Licensing Board sets dates of all public hearings on all applications.”

 

Motion by Mr. Iacoi , Seconded by Ms. Vorenkamp, that the aforesaid Rules of Procedure to Govern Licensing Board For 2024-2025 be adopted, as amended.  (Voted Unanimously)

 

d.    2025 Licensing Board Meeting Dates & Times – Discussion and Possible Action

 

Motion by Mr. Nigrelli , Seconded by Ms. Vorenkamp, that the aforesaid 2025 Licensing Board Meeting Dates & Times be adopted.  (Voted Unanimously)
