Present: Chan Vongvilay, applicant and owner, Corner Thai Café
Mr. Chan stated that he has been in business since 2019 and that customers have been bringing in their own beer and wine, so he is seeking a liquor license from the Town in order to offer his customers the same. He addressed where the beer and wine are stored and sold. He stated that his wife will be TIPS certified.

Present: Caswell Cooke, Jr., applicant
Mr. Cooke provided a history of Seafood Haven. He stated that the business will now be located at 300 Atlantic Avenue, which is the building that formerly housed Two Little Fish. He explained that the only change to the building is the addition of a takeout window. He stated that the inside seating capacity is 49 and that there is an outdoor deck. He stated that the indoor seats will have waiter/waitress service; that it will be all bottle service, no draft; that the servers will be TIP certified; and that there will be no outdoor entertainment.
