Mr. Vuono explained that he and his wife each own 25% shares and will be transferring their shares to their son, who currently owns 50% shares.

Attorney Nardone explained that Franklin and Donna Celico each own 50% shares will be transferring their shares to their son, Timothy Celico, who will own 100% shares.

Class B-Victualer Beverage License – NEW

Present: William Nardone, Esq., representing applicant
Jay Beausoleil, applicant
Attorney Nardone stated that the applicant is applying for a new Class B-Victual beverage license at the location that was formerly Thirsty Beaver with a capacity of 159 people. He stated that the applicant has signed a long-term lease that includes two five-year options to December 2042.
Mr. Beausoleil stated that the hours of operation will be from 11:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m., seven days a week, and that the bar will be open from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. He stated that he may have acoustic music on Friday nights. He stated that there will be no structural changes and that he hopes to open mid-January.
The Board noted that the initial objections filed by Mancini Beverage and Southern Glazer’s Wine and Spirits have been withdrawn.

Class B-Limited (Beer & Wine) Beverage License – NEW

Present: Daniel Santiago Juarez, applicant
Mr. Juarez responded to questions from the Board regarding liquor storage and tips certification.
The following individual was present and spoke in opposition to the application: Jenn Vantelli, 23 Pierce St – felt it is not the neighborhood for a liquor licensed establishment; has seen increased traffic and delivery trucks
No one appeared in favor.
Motion by Mr. Abate, that the aforesaid license be granted subject to the prior approval of proper authorities and subject to tips certification and proper beer and wine storage.
Motion by Mr. Abate, Seconded by Ms. Vorenkamp, that the motion be amended that the aforesaid license be granted subject to the prior approval of proper authorities and subject to tips certification, proper beer and wine storge, and that beer and wine service be limited to inside the premises only and not for any takeout.
Discussion was held regarding the Board members visiting the site and to continue the hearing until the Town Solicitor is present.
Mr. Abate withdrew his motion, and Ms. Vorenkamp withdrew her second.
Motion by Mr. Abate, Seconded by Ms. Vorenkamp, that the aforesaid license application be continued to February 12, 2026. (Voted Unanimously)
Motion by Mr. Iacoi, Seconded by Ms. Vorenkamp, that the Public Hearing be closed. (Voted Unanimously)
