a. David Kent, son of George Kent, founder of the Chorus of Westerly – re: Explained the Celebration of Life for George Kent to be held on July 11, 2025 in Wilcox Park following a 3:00 p.m. service at Christ Church

Town Clerk LeBlanc stated that a One-Time Special Event License application and a Class F liquor license application have been filed and that the applications will be ratified and confirmed at the next Licensing Board meeting.

Present: Jennifer Fusco, Executive Director, Westerly Land Trust

Ms Fusco explained the fundraising event for the Westerly Land Trust, stating that approximately 175 people participate and that the food is sourced locally. She stated that this is the first time the event is being held at this location.

Motion by Mr. Nigrelli, Seconded by Mr. Iacoi, that the aforesaid license be granted subject to the prior approval of proper authorities. (Voted Unanimously)

1. Liquor Licensed Establishments – Town Clerk LeBlanc stated that letters were sent to all liquor licensed established requesting an updated accurate drawing of license premises to include outdoor area, if any, where alcoholic beverages are to be served and store. She stated that diagrams showing changes to storage or service will be presented to the board at the next meeting.
