Mr. Cooke explained that in order to apply for an outside entertainment license, the establishment must first obtain an inside entertainment license. He stated that he plans to have entertainment mainly on the patio and that the most he could fit inside the establishment or on the deck is a two- or three-piece musical group.

Town Clerk LeBlanc stated that the aforesaid ordinance is being provided to the Licensing Board for informational purposes.
b. Town Solicitor’s Report
1. Reorganization of Officers – Responding to Mr. Abate, Town Solicitor Martone stated that he will review the ordinance and report back to the Board.
Chair Gencarella stated that Jay Abate, who served as Auxiliary Member, was appointed as a full member to the Licensing Board and that Angela Thoman-Miller, who served as a full member, was appointed Auxiliary Member.
