     Town Solicitor Martone explained the Temporary Extended Service Hours application process, the flexibility of the approval process, and the restrictions of the legislation.

     Town Manager Lacey stated the concerns that he and Police Chief Gingerella have regarding the extended hours of serving alcohol.
