               Present: Laura-Lyn Radlein, representing American Promotional Events

 

     Ms. Radlein stated that TNT Fireworks sells fireworks in accordance with State law.  She stated that TNT Fireworks has a lease with Walmart to set up a professionally installed tent in its parking lot for the daily sale of fireworks beginning June 26, 2026 through July 5, 2026 from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.  She explained the types of fireworks sold.

 

Motion by Mr. Abate, Seconded by Ms. Thoman-Miller, that the aforesaid license be granted subject to the prior approval of proper authorities.  (Voted Unanimously)

 

 

 3.    PUBLIC HEARINGS (Liquor Licenses & Others)

 

Motion by Mr. Samuelson Seconded by Mr. Abate, that the Public Hearing be opened.  (Voted Unanimously)

Motion by Mr. Abate, Seconded by Ms. Thoman-Miller, that the aforesaid license be granted subject to the prior approval of proper authorities.  (Voted Unanimously)

 

Motion by Mr. Samuelson, Seconded by Mr. Abate, that the Public Hearing be closed.  (Voted Unanimously)
