a.    Appointment of Chairperson

 

     Mr. Nigrelli nominated Paul Gencarella, Jr. as Chairperson of the Licensing Board.  There were no other nominations.

 

Motion by Mr. Nigrelli, Seconded by Mr. Abate, that Paul Gencarella Jr. be appointed Chairperson of the Licensing Board.  (Voted Unanimously)

 

b.    Appointment of Vice Chairperson

 

     Mr. Nigrelli nominated Jason Abate as Vice Chairperson of the Licensing Board.  There were no other nominations.

 

Motion by Mr. Nigrelli, Seconded by Ms. Vorenkamp, that Jason Abate be appointed Vice Chairperson of the Licensing Board.  (So Voted 4 to 0 – Mr. Abate abstained)
